Petr Fiman started to work in 1982. His international career goes back to 1991 when he joined local affiliation of Norsk Hydro ASA. He worked there since 1991 till 2000, including performing C-level and Board member roles. Since 2002 until 2022 he worked in automotive industry as Vice-President for two companies owned by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.

Petr completed the university education in natural sciences at the PhD level; he had opportunities to enjoy executive education at Harvard Business School, INSEAD. He supports diversity and inclusion; he has been acting as the mentor in My Odyssey program since 2011.
