Ingrid has accomplished a remarkable 30-years long career at Xerox.

Her personal experience of getting rejected to a position of directorship just for being a woman affirmed her in her motivation to prove her capacity to stand out against all the odds. She has become one of the leading businesswomen as of the early 1990´s, proving that “both a man and a woman could handle the job”.
