Hande Yaşargil is the founding chairperson of Women on Board Association of Turkiye and leads The Cross Company Mentoring Program for More Women on Boards for over ten years.

She is an international executive coach based in Istanbul and London. Hande is also the Lead Coach of the IDP (International Directors Program) at INSEAD Business School. She served in Vice Chair and Board Member roles in PERYON (Turkish People Management Association) and the founding President role in EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Turkey. She is still the Diversity and Inclusion Board Director of EMCC UK.

Hande holds a B. A in Psychology, master’s degree in human resources management, and an Executive Masters Degree from INSEAD in Coaching and Consulting. She is also certified in “Group Dynamics at Board Level” from Tavistock Institute.
