Dirk Hamaker has over 20 years of experience in the field of gender diversity. After studying political science, he became fascinated with diversity in organizations by working on a European project at the ministry of Social Affairs. He has been a consultant with the Talent naar de Top Foundation since 2011. He has extensive experience advising the network of Talent to the Top (200+ companies) on how to develop and implement their diversity policy. He is currently responsible for the Boardroom Coaching program, the foundations’ cross company top level mentoring program and the annual Top Woman of the Year award.
