Siddika is a global executive with more than 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, biotech, pharmaceutical and technology. She serves on the board of a B2B startup and is a founding partner in a startup leveraging AI to automate radiological and medical workflow. As the founder of her own company in Germany, Siddika partners and invests in novel technology solutions. She is an angel investor and the Board Chairwoman of the London Chapter of Keiretsu Forum.

As a longstanding STEM and DE&I champion, Siddika was elected as the president of the Society of Women Engineers. A sought-after mentor and speaker, she contributed to the book Giving Much / Gaining More: Mentoring for Success. She also serves on the boards of non-profit organizations.
