The Bulgarian Ladies’ Forum is a non-profit organisation, established in 2009. It gathers 115 women, all of which in C-level corporate management positions or successfully developing their own business. The organisation is a platform for sharing experiences, best practices and ideas, as well as supporting future women leaders through special educational and training initiatives. One of the main aims of the Forum is to acknowledge and promote corporate environments in which women are part of the board of directors or advisory councils, by emphasizing the benefits of having a diversity of experiences, opinions, management approaches and perspectives in the corporate governing bodies and in society in general.
