Kathrin Schoenborn-Sobolewski is a healthcare professional with over 30 years of global leadership experience up to VP level, majority in strategic and operational program and portfolio roles with Merck KGaA in Germany. In 2022 she transitioned into a multifaceted career as start-up advisor, business angel, speaker and non-executive board director.
Kathrin is purpose driven with a passion for gender equality and diversity. She has been active with the HBA since more than 10 years. Under her leadership as the Chair of HBA Europe the region evolved to the HBA’s region of most growth and international impact.
