Elçin Oflaz is a certified nutritional health consultant and raw food expert with a BA in Psychology from Hunter College. After overcoming Hashimoto’s thyroiditis through a raw food diet, she became an advocate for holistic wellness. She has trained with renowned chefs in the U.S. and Canada and has appeared on TV and radio programs. Since returning to Istanbul, she has conducted workshops at the LifeCo Istanbul Detox Center and opened an Organic Raw Kitchen in partnership with Sosa restaurants. Elçin also runs detox programs at her retreat center in Buyukada, Istanbul, and has authored a book on raw food. She offers health education to corporations and focuses on lifestyle changes to prevent chronic diseases.
