in 2013 with one goal: to help more women achieve leadership positions in Europe. We’re here for you,
and we offer various opportunities, such as professional development programmes, international networking events, and monthly gatherings.

Our community has grown to over 900 members, and together, we work to make positive changes in Europe through research and advocacy.

Although there is progress,
significant disparities remain
between European countries.
The C-suite remains stubbornly
male-dominated with an increase
of only 1% in the past 3 years.
Only a few women are appointed
to the most influential roles in the
boardroom.
