Opening the Boardroom Door – EWOB Talk
You would like to be a board director, but that boardroom door looks closed and exclusive. How do you position yourself to get in? How do you make yourself look like a board director? How should you market and sell yourself?
Simon Laffin delivers a lively and honest talk based on his long experience, and then answers questions about opening the boardroom door to become a board director. He focuses on using your own opportunities, such as when you present to a board, to establish yourself as a strong candidate for board roles.
He stresses that it’s not all about headhunters (though do be nice to them!).
