Sabine BrucknerSabine Bruckner has been CEO of Pfizer Switzerland since February 2020: She started her new role in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. Previously, she worked at Pfizer regionally and globally in various functions. A certified accountant with a master's degree (MBA) from the University of Krems, Bruckner actually wanted to become a doctor, but then studied business. However, the natural sciences kept her fascinated, which is why she focused her entire professional career on healthcare. A Swiss by choice, she is committed both internally and externally to diverse teams and to framework conditions that promote the development of young female managers.

Cecilia CaetanoCecilia Caetano is a medical doctor specialized in Gynecology & Obstetrics with extensive clinical experience gained at the University Hospital of Coimbra in Portugal, where she worked for more than 10 years prior to joining Bayer in 2015. Cecilia is entirely dedicated to Women’s Health, worked in the areas of Contraception and Heavy Menstrual Bleeding and is now focused on Menopause Management, determined to break taboos and foster an open conversation around menopause, to broaden treatment options so women can take charge of their health and well-being.

Sabine HutchisonSabine Hutchison, CEO and Co-Founder of Seuss+, a creative, hands-on, and collaborative consulting firm helping life science organisations and leaders create the right business narrative, get stakeholder buy-in, navigate growth and reach their full potential. Sabine is a trained chemist turned entrepreneur. After graduating with her Chemistry degree in the US, Sabine moved overseas to pursue a career in the exciting world of healthcare and clinical research. Over the years, Sabine has founded multiple life science organizations and also been extremely active over a decade with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) in Europe.

Zeynep Yalim UzunZeynep has a diverse corporate career, 15 years of which in C level roles and in geographies ranging from Americas to Europe to Asia. In her most recent role, she led 14 brands across 150 markets as Arcelik Chief Marketing Officer. She currently leads her own business as a Board Strategy and Marketing Advisor. She is a Non-Executive Director for the Dogtas Group, as well as Advisor for education and technology start-up Twin Robotics and Science. Her non-profit board roles include Board Member of the Futurists Society of Turkey, and member of Northwestern University Family Council.
