Jan BubeníkJan Bubeník is the founder and Managing Partner of Bubenik Partner. He has spent the past 20 years placing expatriates as well as local C-level executives into top position in companies in the Czech Republic and Internationally. Previously managed Korn Ferry in Prague and worked as management consultant for McKinsey and Company. During the Czechoslovak Velvet Revolution in November 1989, Jan was one of its principal student leaders. He went on to serve as the youngest member of the first federal parliament. He has also been active with human rights and pro-democracy NGOs helping in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Cuba, where he was arrested and jailed in 2001 for “subversive contact and delivering resources to counter–revolutionary elements”.

Ewa KubínEwa Kubín – is passionate HR leader, believer and practitioner of a humble leadership. Recently she worked as Talent Acquisition and Development Director at Zabka Polska and Group Human Resourced Director at Mall Group, CEE. Aa transformational life coach, during her stay in London, Ewa worked with young offenders helping them on their way out of prison. Apart from HR and general leadership Ewa specializes in crisis management. Ewa studied Human Resources Management at Warsaw School of Economics and Ph.D. program of Social Geography and Regional Development at Charles University in Prague. Most importantly, since 2020, she is a proud member of EWOB and graduate of the C-Level Program.
