Duarte Pitta FerrazDuarte Pitta Ferraz is a Professor at NOVA SBE â Executive Education, at Nottingham Business School, and Managing Partner of IVENS Governance Advisors. Co-author of the âManual of Corporate Governance â Theory and Practice for Scholars, Executive and Non-Executive Directorsâ. Holds Non-Executive Director positions at Infraestruturas de Portugal, Scrutiny Board for RAM of PRR, Grupo Champalimaud Holdings, Group Fidelidade, Multicare Healthcare Insurance and FundaçÃĢo D. LuÃz I. Holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Nottingham Business School, UK), having the Habilitation in Political Science (Universidade de Lisboa). Previously Duarte Pitta Ferraz was Chair of the Audit Committee of European Investment Bank, Vice-Chair of Red Cross Portugal.
