Dabney HaileyDabney Hailey is a multifaceted leader with a rich background in art curation, education, and organisational development. She holds a Master's degree in Art History from Northwestern University, where she also reached PhD candidacy. Dabney is the Founder and Principal of Hailey Group, a consultancy that uses art to cultivate innovation and leadership skills. She co-directs a program at Harvard Medical School and has held academic and curatorial roles at Brandeis University and Rose Art Museum. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dabney has served on the School Council at King Open School and was an Advisory Council Member for Design Museum Boston. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits, and she's a frequent speaker at major industry events such as Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
