During the course we will facilitate for you the experience and best practice sharing with gender D&I experts and leaders across different industries and countries. You will have a unique opportunity to build your own gender D&I support network, gain valuable insights, analyze the gender D&I situation in your company and outline an actionable roadmap to lead your company on its way towards a successful, gender balanced organization.

Each webinar will be conducted by a subject matter expert and will include interactive case studies as well as practical homework assignments. The Academy will commence with an informal kick-off event, followed by 4 half-day webinars and will be closed by a certification event. The curriculum of our Academy is designed for D&I leaders as well as directors or senior executives driving the gender balance strategy within their organizations. Applicants from all sectors are welcome.

The informal online kick-off event is scheduled for September 29th, 2021. The program will be concluded with a virtual close-out, including a certification ceremony on November 16th, 2021.
