Each webinar will be conducted by a subject matter expert and will include interactive case studies as well as practical homework assignments. The Academy will commence with an informal kick-off event, followed by 4 half-day webinars and will be closed by a certification event. The curriculum of our Academy is designed for D&I leaders as well as directors or senior executives driving the gender balance strategy within their organizations. Applicants from all sectors are welcome.
