PROGRAM
Regardless of your position or industry, European Women on Boards (EWOB) has a mentor ready to share their experience to support your development as a female leader. Our mentors are both male and female senior executives from a multitude of sectors across Europe. We have Digital Strategy Mentors who help develop digital acumen and guide their mentees to become credible players in the digitalized business environment. Our Leadership Mentors will stimulate creative thinking on various possibilities of how to embrace your leadership challenges, or support other topics ranging from soft skills development to strategic thinking.

PROGRAM OUTLINE
- Duration : 1 year
- Dates: from April 2023 until April 2024. Mentoring pairs will be assigned mid of April and a virtual kick-off event is scheduled for April 27, 2023
- Content: a virtual kick-off session, a minimum of 6 hourly online sessions in a mentoring pair, access to EWOB webinars, and a virtual close-out networking events
- Price: 2500€ + VAT. Price includes one year membership fee and mentees will be charged after their admission. If you already are a member of EWOB, you can benefit from a 10% discount.

ADMISSION CRITERIA
Based on your industry and your choice of development areas provided in the application form, we will propose a mentor which fits your needs. In a virtual 1:1 meeting you and your mentor will explore if individual needs and expectations are met and if the proposed pairing is a good fit.
