At EWOB, we believe that diverse boards can become a key driver for strategic change today.
Whether in the corporate sector or in other spheres such as non-profit organisations or academia, boards of directors have an important role to play as decision-makers. By leading and shaping the long-term vision of an organisation, they have the opportunity to actively contribute to improving diversity, inclusion and sustainability. This is why we have created the Board Readiness Program, a practical training for all the leaders of tomorrow.

EWOB Board Readiness Program Application Criteria:
- Senior female leaders seeking to use their expertise to make a positive impact within an organisation
- Leadership team executives working in the corporate sector, but also in other types of workplaces such as non-governmental organisations and academia or who are entrepreneurs.
- Committed to actively participating to the full program
Price: 1250€ + VAT
Price includes a one-year membership fee. If you already are a member of EWOB, you can benefit from a 10% discount.
